WHY YOGA?
After a personal loss, I turned to yoga for healing. With support from my family and faith, I found inner strength and peace on the mat. This journey deepened my appreciation for self-care, and I now aim to help others on their own paths.
What Shaped You as a Teacher?
I earned my 200-hour certificate through USMMA’s Wild Wisdom Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, and a second 200-hour certificate through The USMMA Method with Jacqui Bonwell and Jessie Dwiggins in 2024.
What to Expect in Class:
I focus on the power of breath, guiding students to build inner strength, as I did. As a newer teacher, my goal is to create a positive, grounding experience for all levels of yogis, while continuing to grow and evolve in my practice.
Off the Mat:
I’m a busy mom of four and actively involved in my community, school, and church. I love baking for friends and family.
