Danielle Hafers
Why Yoga?
I started yoga in 2004 at the encouragement of my husband, Tom, who was practicing Hot Yoga. Though studios were far away, I found yoga transformative and knew it was essential for my well-being. In 2007, we founded USMMA, making yoga a bigger part of my life. I believe yoga brings vitality and longevity, and I plan to enjoy its benefits for life.
As co-owner of USMMA, I’m inspired daily by the positive impact yoga has on our students.
What Has Shaped You as a Teacher?
My greatest influences have been Jessie, Courtney, and Stephanie, who guided me through my yoga journey. My 200hr Teacher Training with Victoria Haffer deepened my practice, and further training with Jessie and Jacqui Bonwell shaped my teaching style. I’m constantly learning and growing, and our incredible USMMA staff continues to inspire me.
What to Expect in Class:
I focus on building vitality and longevity, helping you increase mobility in the body and flexibility in the mind. I guide you through a challenging yet fun practice, mixing intensity with moments of lightness. My goal is for you to leave feeling balanced, connected, and ready to take that energy into your day.
