Our immersive Yoga Teacher Training provides an exceptionally high quality, fully comprehensive and a profoundly life transforming experience, whether you’re looking to teach or just deepen your knowledge.

"I didn’t join this training to teach—I just wanted to know more about yoga and why it felt so transformative. What I learned here has changed how I approach life. I’m stronger, calmer, and more connected to myself."
— Kerry D.
Together with our USMMA tribe, you'll explore many yoga concepts such as philosophy, energy, teaching skills, anatomy, public speaking, breathwork, intelligent sequencing and so much more.
By the end of the training you will be qualified and confident to teach Vinyasa Yoga and its variations, such as Power Yoga, Flow Yoga, and in a Hot Yoga setting, if you choose. This training will take you beyond your physical practice!
By the end of the training, you will be prepared to stand at the front of a room and confidently guide a yoga class if you choose. Or if you prefer not to teach afterward, you’ll leave with an expanded understanding of Yoga and its deeper fundamentals.
