Yoga Classes

  • 60 minutes - Heated 90 degrees

    Get all the goodness of our Flow 75 Yoga class in just 60 minutes! Together we will flow through Vinyasa sequencing to challenge the mind and body. Each class concludes with a gentle warm down and Savasana. All levels welcome.

  • 75 minutes - 90 degrees

    Our Flow 75 Yoga class focuses on Vinyasa sequencing (a series of poses strung together using the breath). Each class begins with mindful breath, intention and a warm up to prepare you to move through standing, twisting and balance poses. Each class ends with a warm down and Savasana. The Flow 75 is designed to be unique and benefit all levels. 

  • 60 minutes - 90 degrees

    Power Yoga is our signature Vinyasa flow. The pace of the class is determined by the instructor, but expect a challenge!  Strong breath will guide you through a series of core work and body weight resistance movements . Build strength, balance and mobility as you progress. 

    Bring an openness and curiosity, and expect more advanced poses! All levels welcome, modifications encouraged.

  • 60 Minutes - Warm

    Unlock Tightness. Move with Ease. Feel Your Best.

    This class is designed to help you increase range of motion, improve joint health, and move with more control and ease. Through a mix of mobility drills, dynamic movements, and functional exercises, you'll work on reducing stiffness, improving coordination, and building strength in every position.

    Perfect for athletes, active movers, and anyone who wants to feel better in their body—both in training and everyday life.

  • 75 minutes - 80 ish degrees


    In this mind and body balancing class, you will spend more time on the floor than on your feet.  We will find  flexibility by slowing things down and holding poses.

    Yes, there will be some stand up poses to strengthen and challenge your balance,  but don't worry, you will be rewarded with a luxuriously grounding warm down and savasana! All levels welcome.

  • 75 minutes - warm

    Erase aches and pains and refresh your body from the inside out.  

    Using the Roll Model®method and a variety of grippy, pliable rubber balls, you will roll away your tension and identify body blind spots.  You will leave feeling aligned and well! All levels welcome.

  • This class follows the format of our indoor Power Yoga classes.    

    Space will be limited to 40 people. 

    You must sign up online to reserve a spot.

    You must bring your own mat and props.

    A sheet or towel is recommended for underneath your yoga mat.  

    Its a "beach" so there is sand.  Come prepared.

    You will be in the sun, so lather up before you arrive! All levels welcome.

  • 45 minutes

    A 45 minute strength Laboratory! Test your whole body with Tabada workouts, Mat Pilates, Functional Strength exercises, mobility moves, and so much more.   You will build strength, mobility, flexibility and confidence!

    Each class will get right to it and will end in a ten minute balancing yoga flow.  You will never be bored in this full body experience. All levels welcome.

    Experience what happens when two ancient arts collide!

    In this electrifying and empowering class, you will experience the best of both worlds. Say goodbye to your doubts and hello to newfound confidence as you learn Muay Thai Boxing techniques in the comfort of a yoga environment. This class will cool down with a slow and stretchy yoga flow.  All levels welcome.

Muay Thai Boxing Classes

  • 60 minutes
    Experience a dynamic workout that focuses on self-defense while getting you in the best shape of your life.

    Our Cardio Thai Boxing Circuit is the perfect blend of intense Thai Boxing drills and high-energy circuits, guaranteed to push you to new levels of fitness. Not only will you learn the fundamentals of striking, but you'll also leave feeling empowered and confident in your ability to defend yourself. All levels welcome.

  • Hitting pads is the bridge to live sparring! Hit pads and  learn the skill of holding them!  Students learn the technique of throwing punches, knees, kicks, and elbows. All levels welcome.

  • 60 minutes
    Thai Boxing is a martial art that involves striking with the hands, feet, elbows and knees. Known as the “Art of the Eight Limbs,” Thai Boxing equips practitioners with the ability to execute strikes from eight different points, giving them a greater arsenal of defense techniques in contrast to boxing and kickboxing. 

    Learn the techniques of this art in a fun, safe and informative atmosphere. All levels welcome.

Jiu Jitsu Classes

  • 60-90 minutes
    Join our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class and discover the dynamic art of grappling. Our expert instructors will guide you through  ancient techniques that focus on neutralizing your opponent's movements using various grips and submissions.

    While BJJ is a challenge, it’s also a blast! You'll get a full-body workout while having fun. All levels welcome.

  • 90 minutes
    Bridge the gap between Gi and No-gi, the two main styles of Jiu Jitsu, during this 90 minute offering. Our hybrid training will help you develop a well-rounded game that covers both styles. All levels welcome.

  • 30 minutes
    This class is the complete lowdown on all things JJ!  Designed to help practitioners of all levels continue their journey of improvement, we’ll focus on the basic movements of No Gi Jiu Jitsu. No matter your skill level, refining your fundamentals is the key to success. All levels welcome.

  • 60 minutes
    A full-body workout that challenges the mind as much as the muscles.  

     This grappling-centered martial art is designed to help you gain the upper hand over any opponent through technique and leverage, then submit them using joint locks and chokeholds. 

    In addition to being a great workout, you'll also learn valuable self-defense skills that could come in handy in the real world. All levels welcome.

Kids Classes

  • 45 minutes
    Our No Gi Jiu Jitsu class for kids is the perfect opportunity to stay active, learn life skills and have fun!  Children will learn the fundamentals of grappling-centered martial arts in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced instructors will guide them through techniques and exercises designed to help them develop discipline, focus, and self-control. Plus, they'll have a blast while doing it! Children of all levels welcome.

  • 45 minutes
    Our instructors will guide your child through a fun-filled class that will teach them the basics of striking, footwork, and self-defense techniques. Your child will learn discipline, respect, sportsmanship and self-confidence as they develop their skills in a safe and supportive environment.

    Safety is our top priority, and we ensure that every child wears proper protective gear and is closely monitored during the class.
